W. Daniel McChesney, of Medford, NJ passed away on Saturday, December 18th, 2021. He was 61 years of age. Born in Neptune, NJ, Dan resided in Medford, NJ for the past 30 years. Dan was raised in Oakhurst, NJ with his brothers James and Eric McChesney. Dan was an intellect and talented athlete - excelling in anything he did. He studied chemical engineering at Indiana Tech where he found brotherhood in the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Following university, Dan found his passion in technical project management - helping build chemical laboratories, working for NASA, and most recently leading a project for the robotic manufacturing of artificial skin. He became a Grand-Dan this year and welcomed his newest grandchild, Hunter William, whom he adored greatly. Dan enjoyed the beach, going to comedy shows, collecting sports memorabilia, and sitting on the patio with a cigar. His favorite activities were cycling and golfing. He had a true appreciation for life. He is survived by the love of his life and lifelong partner R. Lynn Miller, daughters Amanda McChesney and her husband, Steve Krippeland Chantiel Miller, and his five beautiful grandchildren. Dan will be missed dearly by all who love him. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday January 2, 2022 at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
