SUSAN L. RICE, 54, of NEPTUNE and Dania Beach, Florida, died Monday, August 2, 2010 at home. Susan worked in commercial real estate sales in South Florida before retiring and was a former member of the Woman's Club of Key West. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, she lived in Dania Beach before moving to New Jersey 10 years ago. She was predeceased by her parents, Warren H. Garren and Margaret McClain and by her sister, Melissa Ann Garren. Surviving are her husband, Edward C. Rice, IV, her brothers, Joseph B. Garren of Wallingford, PA and Robert Garren and his wife, Pam, of Silver Spring, MD, her step children, Edward C. Rice, V, of Freehold, Kristine E. Consorti of Marlboro, NY and William B. Rice of Neptune, her step-grandchildren, Samantha and MJ Consorti, her niece, Kaitlyn Garren, and her dog, Duke. Relatives and friends may call at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove on Monday, August 9th from 4:30 PM. There will be a memorial service beginning at 5:30.
