Rosalie Picone, of Neptune, died Thursday December 18, 2025.

She had worked for the Wall Township School System.

She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Theresa Tortomasi, by her brother Salvatore Tortomasi and by her sisters Jean Potts and Barbara Marie Procopio.

Surviving are her husband, Felix Picone, her son Giancarlo Picone and her sisters, Georgina LaCour, Mary Purgatorio and Frances Simonsen.

Visiting will be Sunday December 21 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 1200 Tenth Avenue, Neptune. ( Please note our new location ). A funeral mass will be offered on Monday at 10:00 AM at Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church, Neptune.
