Rodger J Johnson 71, passed away January 10, 2021. Rodger was born in Newark and was a resident of Ocean Grove. He attended NCE, Newark College of Engineering, and also played in a little rock group where he loved playing his guitar. Rodger was a veteran of the United States, Army, serving in the Vietnam from1969 to 1971. He was the best brother,friend and uncle. Rodger was the nicest, funniest person anyone could ever know, and he will be so missed. He was predeceased by his Mother Eileen and his father, Stanley. Surviving are his sister Janice Marshall, his nieces, Selena, Crystal, Tanya, Deserri, Marissa and Alyssa, and his nephews, Denny, Wiilliam, Anthony, CarmIne and Clinton. Rodger will be forever in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
