Paul P.J. Nunamacher, 33, of Ocean Grove passed away on Friday, October 23. Paul (P.J. as he was lovingly referred to by his family) was a 2005 graduate of Raritan High School in Hazlet, NJ and attended Brookdale Community College. Paul was an avid sports fan, following the NY Giants and maybe most known for his love of the New Jersey Devils. Paul thoroughly enjoyed politics, always engaging in a passionate debate on current events, but was most passionate about American and European history. Paul worked for Top Gun Professional Sealcoating for the last four years. Paul recently began a career in the hospitality industry, working at The Berkeley Hotel as a food and beverage associate and was a bar back and server at Kelly's Corner Tavern in Neptune. Paul was predeceased by his father, Paul Nunamacher of Brick and his maternal grandparents Betty and Jack Knego of Iselin. Paul is survived by his mother, Maureen Grogan of Ocean Grove, Sister, Kaitlynn Grogan of Woodbridge, Step-Father,Andrew Grogan of Forked River, grandparents, Ray and Jane Nunamacher of Brick and many loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.The memorial services for Paul will be held Friday, October 30th from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse.
