Mark Vernaglia, 61, of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, passed away on February 7, 2024. Mark was born on September 24, 1962 in Hoboken, New Jersey. He was a hardworking and a caring man. He was a beloved father to his son, Jake Vernaglia, his daughter in law, Sydney Houston Vernaglia, and his daughter, Ally Vernaglia. As well, he was a cherished brother to Madeline Mabel, Kip Vernaglia, John Vernaglia, and Johanna Jacobi along with his many nieces and nephews. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Delores Vernaglia. Mark attended Hasbrouck Heights High School and went on to study at Rutgers University. He had a successful career as a sales consultant at Sansone Jr's 66 Automall Kia. In his free time, Mark enjoyed boating, playing with his dog, Sam, discussing politics, volunteering at the local animal shelter, watching football, and spending quality time with his friends and family. A memorial service will be held at Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove, New Jersey from 5pm-8pm on Friday, February 16th, 2024. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Associated Humane Societies (AHS) of Tinton Falls in honor of Mark and his love for dogs.
