Lorraine M. Parr, 92, of Neptune, died Tuesday October 4, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Mrs Parr attended Avon elementary school and graduated from Neptune high school. She was well known for her dancing. Mrs. Parr worked as a secretary before retiring. She was predeceased by her son Douglas Parr in 1983, by her brother Henry Vanderburgh in 2001 and by her parents, Brownie and Kathleen Lawrence Vanderburgh. Surviving are several cousins. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 AM at the Ocean Grove at Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM atMonmouth Memorial Park, Route 33, Tinton Falls.
