Joan passed on peacefully this past Saturday February 15th with her Son Paul, Daughter Teresa, son -in - law, Alex and Grandson Nick at her side. A celebration of her life will be held from 2-4pm on Saturday 22 Feb at the Allegria Assisted Living Facility Chapel at 70 Stockton St Ocean Grove NJ. Flowers can be sent to Allegria in care of Joan's Service.
