IRENA S. HALEN, 83, of BRADLEY BEACH, died Monday, April 23, 2007 at the Bayside Manor, Keansburg. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Halen was a communicant of the Ascension Roman Catholic Church, Bradley Beach. Born in Newark, she had lived there before moving to Bradley Beach 25 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Halen in 1986. Surviving are three sons, Walter Halen of Yardley, PA, Ronald G. Halen of Cedar Grove, NJ and Steven A. Halen of Midland Park, NJ, a daughter, Janet M. Vigliante of Spring Lake Heights, nine grandchildren, Kimberly Gahan, Alexis, Ariel and Dominic Vigliante, Michael, Nicholas, Erica, Gregory and Alexander Halen. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at the Ascension Roman Catholic Church, 501 Brinley Avenue, Bradley Beach on Friday morning, April 27 at 11:00. Friends were invited to call at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9.
