HOWARD F. RUHLE, 86, of OCEAN GROVE, died Thursday, September 14, 2006, at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. He had worked as a parts manager for the Ford Motor Company, Bergen County until retiring in 1985. Mr. Ruhle was a US Army veteran, serving during World War II and a member of the American Legion in Union City. Mr. Ruhle was a graduate of Union Hill High School, Union City, and a member of the Grove Reform Church, North Bergen where he attended the men's Bible Class and taught Sunday School. He attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Ocean Grove. He was predeceased by his parents, Frederick W. and Julia Poeschel Ruhle and by his brother-in-law, H. Hudson Snyder. Surviving are his sister, Emy Lou Snyder, with whom he lived, three nieces, Jeanne Snyder, Merrill Megill and Lynn McGrath and a host of other family members and friends. A funeral service will be held at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove on Monday afternoon, September 18 at 4:30. Interment will be on Tuesday at the Grove Reform Church Cemetery, North Bergen, NJ. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday afternoonfrom 3-5.
