HAROLD G. WARREN, 90, of NEPTUNE CITY, died Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at his daughter's home in Florham Park, NJ. He was employed by Monmouth Consolidated Water before retiring. Mr. Warren was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Panama Canal and in Europe during World War II. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart and the Silver Star. Mr. Warren enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and trips to Atlantic City with his nieces. Surviving are his daughter, Nadine W. DeAngelis, and her husband, Michael of Florham Park, two grand children, Michael DeAngelis, III, and his wife, Sanne of Denmark and Matthew, and his wife Lisa of Florham Park, and four great grandchildren, Evan, Asher, Maya and Sara. Relatives and friends were invited to call at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove on Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 PM and on Saturday after 9:00 AM . A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Saturday, August 28th at 10:00 AM at the Roman Catholic Church of the Ascension, 501 Brinley Avenue, Bradley Beach. Entombment will follow at St. Catharine's Cemetery, Wall.
