Brian C. Kosciow, 33, of Ocean Grove, died Sunday November 18, 2018 at home. Brian was a graduate of George C. Marshall High School and the Davis Career Center in Falls Church, VA. He was a camper and counselor at Camp Friendship in Maryland for 23 years. Brian loved his Sea Ray Boat, camping, bowling, amusement parks, his movie collection and his beloved Ford F150 pickup truck. In spite of lifelong illness, he was a strong fighter and a joy to everyone. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Walter J. Johnson and Wladyslaw Kosciow. Surviving are his parents, Walter M. and Mary Beth Kosciow, his brother Blake A. Kosciow, his grand mothers, Jacqueline Johnson and Leona Kosciow, many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved dog, Gavin. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday November 24 from 9:00 - 10:30 AM at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove. A mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11:00 AM the Church of the Ascension of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 501 Brinley Avenue, Bradley Beach. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Rahway. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or helping a disabled child in your own way in memory of Brian would be appreciated.
