BETTY A. TICE, 78, of Fairfax, VA, formerly of OCEAN GROVE, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at the Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, VA. She loved animals and was a friend to them all. She was generous with her time and love as shown by her devotion to her family and all her furry little friends who needed her. Betty was a loving daughter, mother, sister and friend. Born in Harrisburg, PA on April 20, 1930, she lived in Ocean Grove before moving to Fairfax. She was predeceased by her parents, Marguerite and Joseph Fitting. She is survived by her children, Ken Tice and Karen Roberts, by her grandsons, Joshua and Joseph Roberts and by her sister, Elaine Myring. A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th at 1:00 PM at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove.
