BEATRICE F. ALBANO, 84, of Ocean Grove, died Monday, August 31, 2009 at the JFK Hartwyck at Edison Estates, Edison. Mrs. Albano was a homemaker. Born in Brooklyn, she had lived there before moving to Ocean Grove more than 45 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur DeVito in 1989, by a daughter, Catherine DeVito in 1970, and by her son, Vincent, in 2004. Surviving is a daughter, Beatrice M. DeVito of Brooklyn, NY, two sons, Alexander DeVito of Coco, FL and Michael J. DeVito of Haworth, NJ, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 3rd at 10:00 AM at the Ocean Grove Memorial Home, 118 Main Avenue with interment following at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Neptune. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
