Anne Hulsey Niedenstein, 94, of Ocean Grove, passed away peacefully on October 22 at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Born June 20, 1929 to John and Dura Childs in Birmingham, Alabama, she attended the University of Alabama.Mrs. Niedenstein had a successful career with Eastern Airlines as one of the original flight attendants and manager of the Ionosphere Lounge at Idlewild (JFK) Airport. After moving to Ocean Grove, she had a varied career in the fashion industry including the Director of the Barbizon School of Modeling, Asbury Park Easter Parade, Women's Fashion Shows at Freehold Raceway, Steward Business School fashion show commentor for many local stores. She also spent many years working at Jersey Shore Fitness Shop in Bradley Beach.Mrs. Niedenstein is preceded by her parents, sister Jettyerine and husband of 45 years Fred Niedenstein. She will be missed by all who loved her including three children, John and wife Kim Niedenstein of Wall, NJ, Karen and husband Ron Kluesener of W. Gilgo Beach, NY and Jill and husband Jeff Grantz of Columbia, SC. Seven grandchildren, Kathryn (Brian) Catalana, Christopher (Lauren) Kluesener, Derrick (Margret Deans) Grantz, Cameron Kluesener, Casey Kluesener, Jake Niedenstein and Halie Niedenstein. Six great grandchildren, Griffin Catalana, Logan Catalana, Leni Grantz, Elizabeth Grantz, Lily Kluesener, and Schaffer Grantz. Nieces and nephews Patty Kuester, Heidi and Harrison Turner and Peter Milligan.

A visitation will be held at St Paul's Ocean Grove Church onThursday, November 9th from 11a-12n, with a service following at 12 noon.
